Frankly, I am astounded at how Inkscape can be used to coolify simple ballpoint-pen drawings.

Do you realize, if I could create work like this, off-the-cuff, with india ink and a brush, I'd be considered a minor deity in certain aboriginal cultures/New York art circles?!
