Alright kiddies. Back in the olden days, we used to have to use mechanical hand-held tools to do graphics, instead of keyboards, mice and Wacom tablets. Yesiree.

Dr. Martin's radiant watercolors were soooo bitchin' in an airbrush. The suggested price for one of these sets (A,B,C or D) is $75. Ouch. Be thankful for pixels.

Cowskull (One of many - I used to love to paint these.)
I actually painted this in the late '80's, but wanted to stick my name on it without going through the trouble of a new scan just to fake the date)

Dr. Martin's -- ain't nothing like 'em.

I love the fact the colors are fugitive (makes me think of a film noir crime boss only in raging, almost fluorescent hue.)

I love the hand-work nostalgia of saving my pennies to finally being able to afford a set.

Doc Martin's and india ink...ah yes.

Well, back to pixel-ville...
:-)
